I
purchased one of your Arrow of Light kits for my son. I had not
had the time to stop and say thank you for such a wonderful kit we were
especially impressed by your customer service. We had ordered the kit on
short notice and still received it with time to spare. I stayed up late
the night before the awards and by following the instructions was able to
complete it without any problems. I was equally impressed with the quality
of the materials they really came together with the paint to make an
enviable award. We also purchased the wall mount with the name plate; it
now hangs above his bed in his room. In the end the Ceremony was a special
event but for my son the actual arrow made his day. There are eight boys
that will be Arrow of Light recipients by February 2008 I have already
passed along your contact information so I am sure that there will be more
orders to come. In closing please keep up the good work and thank you for
providing your kits.

Hi John & Cindy;
An important lesson I learned from my late Father who owned several of his
own businesses during his lifetime was that when he was dissatisfied with a
product or service, he made sure the proprietor, with whose product or
service he was dissatisfied, knew it. Conversely, when he was satisfied -
or delighted - he went far, far afield to be absolutely sure, beyond the
shadow of a doubt, that the proprietor knew that.
I received today via USPS the arrow which I purchased two days ago as a gift
for my Godson's having earned his Arrow of Light award at the culmination of
his experience in Cub Scouts. Your service, not to mention your product,
is, in my opinion, top drawer and first rate in all respects. It - the
arrow - is perfectly suited for it's intended purpose. At the risk of
conceit, I will be so bold as to venture that my tenure of nearly 23 years
in the Scouting program qualifies my opinion in this regard as an educated
one.
Well done! I am extremely pleased. I hope you won't mind the fact that I
am taking the liberty of sharing this message along with my enthusiastic
endorsement of your firm with my unit's leadership, and certain of my
friends who are Den Leaders in other units, as well as the CSRT Commissioner
on my own staff, and others of my colleagues in our district and
council leadership who might benefit from this information.
I will be back in touch when next I have a need for one of your arrows,
which at the very latest, will be no later than the spring of 2011, when my
Tiger Cub (elect) son earns his AoL...and it will likely be sooner.

I ordered the Arrow of Honor Kit with Patch Pennant and Wall Plaque for the 4
WEBELOS in my group. We had our Arrow of Light Ceremony last night. Everyone was
impressed when we presented these to our WEBELOS. They look awesome on your
website, but it brought tears to my eyes to see the look of pride that these 4
scouts had when they received these. They were delighted. Thank you for helping
make last night a truly memorable one for these scouts, a memory that will be
relived every time they look at their plaque, arrow, and pennant. I am attaching
a picture of my son Kyle with his pennant.

Hi John & Cindy,
I just wanted to let you know we received the Arrow of Light® awards and patch
pennant last week. Our den got together over the weekend to put the awards, etc.
on the pennants and they turned out BEAUTIFUL....the boys love them. They chose
the awards, patches, pins, etc. that they wanted displayed on the pennants and
were very happy with the way they turned out..... Our Blue & Gold is in two
weeks and I am sure our guests will be just as impressed. Instead of keeping the
awards on their cub scout shirts, the boys can now have their accomplishments in
cub scouts displayed on their wall and they will be able to treasure it forever.
What a great idea!!! Thank you so much!!!

It's been a couple of months since we received out Arrow of Honor and Wall
Plaque Kits, but I'd still like to say thanks. The plaques and Arrows looked
great; the parents were impressed as were the boys. This was a great way to
mark the completion of the Arrow of Light and their transition into Boy
Scouts!

THANK YOU! Thanks for the quick reply, We and our boys will and are most
grateful. Our Troop leader has not been well and the awards ceremony was
forgotten. We the parents are scrambling to get it done before the crossover
ceremony to Boy Scouts. We got the word from the senior scoutmaster at the Blue
& Gold dinner, this past weekend, when he asked , why aren't the boys receiving
their arrow of light awards. I must also add that, my wife and I spent the last
few days researching arrow of light products, via sporting goods stores and
internet! And found your product the most realistic, and the best value. We will
be proud to award these to our sons, and to display them with pride.

Ceremony went off with out a hitch. The arrows were a really big hit. This

I'm looking forward to getting the arrows and plaques. You guys are saving me
tons and tons of time and a major headache! I was planning to purchase stuff
from a store and make my own arrows to present to the boys but 1) I'm running
out of time.... our AOL ceremony is March 2nd; 2) I don't have a clue what I'm
doing... I was going to make it up as I went a long!; and 3) I was beginning to
have anxiety attacks about it!

service! Due to our situation over here (the eve of the allied invasion,
February 2003) we had to do a quick version of awards at our Den meetings on
Monday night since our Blue and Gold set for Thursday has been cancelled. So

them!!
